Altano
2007 was an excellent vintage in the Douro Valley for both Port and Douro DOC and some very fine wines were made. The dry albeit cool conditions leading up to the vintage produced perfectly ripened grapes providing the winemakers much scope to produce fruity, aromatic, well balanced wines.

Red berry, plum and pepper flavors dominate this medium-bodied red, which shows notes of mocha and spice on the soft finish. Tinta Roriz and Touriga Franca. Drink now. 2,500 cases imported.
