Paul Jaboulet Aine
"Paul Jaboulet Aine" specialises exclusively in the wines of the Rhone Valley, where the first vines were originally planted by the Romans (or perhaps even earlier by the Greeks, but no trace now remains). We produce and market a range of 28 wines, all of which have full Appellation d'Origine Contrae status. The quality reputation of our wines is entirely due to our estate's vineyards, ideally situated and carefully tended, which produce a very reasonable yield of 30/40 hectolitres per hectare (about 2 tons per acre). Thanks to an extended period of vinification, allied to perfect mastery of the art of aging in oak casks, we are able to ensure that the full quintessence of each grape is present in the finished wine. Created to our own strict specifications, the heavy, dark, slim-necked glass bottles allow each wine to mature well over a long period of time. In France, and throughout the world, our wines can mainly be found in all the finest restaurants, and are listed by practically every restaurant awarded 3 stars by the Michelin guide. We export about 65 % of our production to over 70 countries worldwide. Visit the Paul Jaboulet Aine website.
