Bunraku - Junmai Dai-Ginjyo Sake (720ml)
Intensely pungent and fruity on the nose with tropical aromas like guava, kiwi and mango. Sweetly opulent in the mouth with rich layers of perfume that alternate between floral and tropical. It finishes crisp and dry with excellent balance.
Bunraku Description
Bunraku Junmai Dai-Ginjyo is brewed using 100% Yamada-Nishiki from Hyogo “Toku A.” It is soft, elegantly bright with a faintly sweet delicate and smooth finish.
Bunraku brewery was founded in 1894 by Kamekichi Kitanishi upon discovering the distinctly hard water of the Arakawa River. Inspired by the trinity comprised of the chanter, puppeteer and shamisen player in traditional Japanese Puppet Theater, Bunraku’s closely guarded recipes and time-honored methods of sake production focus on sake’s sacred trinity of ingredients: rice, water and koji.
