Ruby red, medium persistence with garnet highlights. Spicy notes of cinnamon nutmeg and fruit in alcohol. Soft taste, good tannins, acidity complemented by the sweet notes coming from ageing in wood. Intense aftertaste with spicy notes in the finish.

Sourced from small hillside plots of land owned by various growers in the Carema DOC. Hand harvested. Fermented in stainless steel and/or cement for 20-30 days with a twelve-day maceration on the skins. Aged for two years in large casks ranging from 15 to 50HL.
