It has a pale gold color with silver and green highlights that gives an impression of liveliness and freshness. The concentration of aromas in the flesh of white fruits gives balance and beautiful length. It goes perfectly with oysters, shellfish, salmon tartare and all raw seafood.
Domaine Vocoret & Fils Description
Pale yellow-gold color. Aromas of fresh apricot, licorice, ginger and toast, with a note of exotic flowers emerging with air. Nicely sweet and penetrating, offering a distinctly tactile mouth-feel to the stone fruit, licorice and spicy oak flavors. A touch of rusticity here but has excellent material.
Wine Spectator: 90 Points
A broad and balanced white, whose melon and pear flavors are underlined by lemon and stone elements. A bright beam of acidity drives the finish.
