Domaine de Verquière was founded in 1928 and has been handed down from father to son since then. It is currently managed by Thibaut Chamfort who is perpetuating and developing the family heritage. His commitment and passion for winemaking has encouraged him to convert the vineyards to organic farming, pushing towards biodynamic methods.

Punchy aromas of boysenberry, black plum and black raspberry perfume the nose that is dusted with violet and rose petals. The palate pulls black fruit towards a red fruit core that is draped in a blanket of florals that lift and elevate the finish. This wine would flatter air-fried chicken thighs, roasted mushrooms and beef stew.
