Domaine des Farondes Description
Domaine des Farondes is a fifteen hectare estate located in the town of Bissey and has been producing wines for four generations. Current wine-maker Jean-Philippe Prétet practices methods that help reduce chemical treatments of the vines: grass cover planting, mechanical weeding, thinning out of leaves.
100% Pinot Noir from twenty five year old vines and then aged in new and one to two year old barrels.
