It is a cherry red wine, on the nose it is fresh with a predominance of menthol notes, thyme, bay leaf, pine and with aromas of fresh fruit and red berries. On the palate it is fresh and medium-bodied, with hints of herbal notes. Balanced with a well-integrated tannins.

To get the full potential of the fresh fruit, the grapes are hand-harvested in small boxes. They are destemmed and entered whole by belt in to small-size steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature with short and frequent pump-overs.
