Lamelle was the first white wine produced by the estate. The metamorphic origin of the soil, rich in seashell fossils, allows it to express at its best all its complexity and acidity.
60% Chardonnay, 20% Vermentino, 10% Viognier, 10% Trebbiano

Fruity and delightful on the palate, Lamelle is unique and exuberant. The climate and terroir at Il Borro would normally make producing white wine a challenge, but we like to exceed expectations.
