2022 Louis Jadot Macon-Lugny Le Bouchet
Medium-bodied dry white raised in stainless steel tanks. Bright and fresh with vibrant acidity and hints of saline earth over the long, graceful finish. Ideal with all casual cuisines, especially ceviche, sushi, and salads.
2022 Domaine des Farondes Bourgogne Chardonnay
Golden yellow color with subtle aromas of white peach, and floral notes of lime blossom. The palate is generous with fruit, expressing apricot and a balanced finish with a touch of toasted hazelnuts. The palate is full-bodied and mouthfilling, flush with ripe white fruit and that persistent butterscotch note that lingers through the finish.
2021 Bouchard Pere & Fils Bourgogne Chardonnay
The nose displays expressive notes of citrus, white fruits and white flowers, and delicate woody notes. Full bodied, with citrus notes up front. A mineral wine developing notes of gunflint, white flowers, and vanilla notes. Vivid, dry, aromatic and fresh with a pure and nice persistency.

Crushed stone and oyster shell offset pretty blossom and white peach in this fresh, lip-smacking Chardonnay. Slim in profile, it offers plump pear and Mirabelle flavors lifted by a zesty spine of acidity. Vinified with no oak influence, it's a steely, mineral wine.
2023 Domaine Guillaume Curveux Pouilly-Fuisse
Produced from sustainably grown 50-year-old Chardonnay vines, this white is a pure stunner. Golden in the glass, the wine opens with notes of fresh orchard fruit, lemon zest, and almond blossom. On the palate, the wine is fresh and mineral, finishing long and with a dusting of baking spice.
2023 Chateau de Chamilly Montagny Les Bassets
Made from 35 year old vines, Les Bassets displays a pale gold color in the glass and an expressive bouquet of white fruit and honeysuckle. These notes echo on the palate and are met by hints of pear and zippy minerality. The finish is clean and crisp, with the refreshing character of a brisk Chablis but with the texture and complexity of an exceptionally fine white Burgundy.
