Laurent Miquel Description
Père et Fils means 'Father and Son'. In this case it's Henri and Laurent. Henri, the father, brings the experience, and knowledge of the land. Laurent adds the audacity to change the way things always were.
It's light and crisp. This is down to the grape and the time it's harvested. At night, when the sun goes down, so the grapes are crisper and happier. You'll notice a touch of lemon, a hint of almond and a subtle finish of apricot.
