This wine has great tension, mouthfeel, and focus. Notes of lemon, oyster-shell, and river rocks on both the nose and palate. This wine will continue to soften with age, but for those looking for an austere style of Chardonnay this will certainly not dissapoint.

Our Homage to Chablis. Floral and fragrant, fresh tangerine, beeswax, jasmine. Up front minerality follow by a slightly creamier mid-palate with hints of baked lemon curd. Fermented and aged for 9 months in neutral French oak barrel.

White flowers, chalk, mint and tangerine oil give this nuanced Chardonnay gorgeous aromatic brightness. Light tropical notes reappear on the exotic finish.
