This is a site just south of the Grand Cru slope, on a fairly steep slope exposed to the south. Soils are stony with typical Kimmeridgean clay, yielding a wine with a firm texture and vibrant citrus character.

Pops of hazelnut and cream lend richness to this ripe, lusciously textured Chablis. Bright lemon and yellow-apple flavors on the palate maintain the appellation's characteristic steeliness and nerve but this mouthfilling Chardonnay is welcoming young and likely to drink well through 2035.

The fresh, vibrant palate delivers crisp acidity and lemon zest, orange peel and subtle apricot notes, maintaining superb precision and poise through to the satisfyingly persistent finish. Superb!
