This year's Minuty M is a particularly good example of 2024 Cotes de Provence Rose. It has a very aromatic, expressive bouquet that is bursting with notes of strawberry, fresh raspberry, lemon candy, and apple blossom. The red berry notes echo on the midweight, mouthfilling palate, all leading to a very bright, almost bracing finish.
