The color is pale with crystalline highlights. The nose is complex and intense, expressing aromas of white-fleshed fruits complemented by notes of tropical fruits. On the palate, it is generous and marked by a pleasant salinity, offering well-integrated freshness, and a persistent finish.

Rose et Or is Château Minuty’s signature wine. Produced exclusively from the Estate’s three historic terroirs, this cuvée was crafted to be the pure and accomplished embodiment of Minuty elegance, where aromatic generosity is combined with remarkable finesse and delicacy on the palate. Created in 2009, Rose et Or was born from the Matton family’s desire to push the expression of the Minuty style to its highest level. Designed to succeed the famous Oratoire cuvée that made the Château famous, it has become the reference for gastronomic rosé in less than a decade.
