Domaine Curveux is a family-run estate located in the town of Fuissé, in the heart of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation. The estate has been passed from father to son for four generation, with the property currently being managed by Guillaume Curveux. Their eight-hectare vineyard covers the expanse of three villages: Solutré, Chaintré, and Fuissé. The vines benefit from the prized clay and limestone soil of the region. The juice is aged in vats and/or oak barrels for an average of ten months before being bottled at the property.

Delicate bready aromas charm the nose along with brioche, apple tart and orange marmalade. The palate is focused with brawny apple fruit that leans into shattered stone and grilled lemon peel. Pair with shepherd's pie, duck confit and leek tart.
