We intentionally blend and age this wine to ensure it is ready to be enjoyed both upon release and for years to come. This wine was formerly named Mason's Cabernet Sauvignon.

Lewis's 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon is dark hued and seemingly impenetrable to light. Black cherries and plums mark the nose of this full-bodied wine. It's rich, thick, even almost a touch oily, supple and super ripe yet not raisined and tinged with mocha and dark chocolate on the lingering, velvety finish. It's a statement-making style that some will likely detest, while others will adore.

Sweet cherries, cassis, warm herbs, vanilla and sweet spices on the nose. It’s full-bodied with chalky tannins. Rich and creamy, with loads of sweet berries and sweet spices on the palate and onto the dense finish.
