Piper Heidsieck Description
Piper-Heidsieck Rosé Sauvage boasts an indulgent, fruity and intense profile. An aromatic explosion of blood orange, wild strawberries, black cherries and blackberry jam, followed by fragrances of liquorice and smoked notes.
Wine Spectator: 92 Points
Bright flavors of macerated cherry, raspberry puree, pomegranate seed and pink grapefruit sorbet are layered with a subtle range of toasted brioche and salted Marcona almond. Finely knit and fresh, with an airy delicacy as the lively mousse carries the flavors on the finish. Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
Vinous: 91 Points
Dark, lurid pink - almost red, actually. Ripe red berries, cherry pit and tangerine on the deeply scented nose and in the mouth. In a plush, open-knit style, but with dusty mineral and bitter quinine notes adding back-end cut and grip. Rich yet dry and taut, finishing with very good thrust and echoing minerality.

The NV Champagne Sauvage Brut Rosé is the first wine I tasted that Emilien produced from start to finish. It is elegant and floral, with rose petal, smoky incense, and candied peach. The palate is dry and inviting, with a fine mousse and refreshing acidity and tension. It is a versatile wine to enjoy alone or at the table.
James Suckling: 90 Points
A fruity and playful champagne rosé with small berries, raspberry wafers and warm spices on the nose. It’s well-rounded, fruity and refreshing with a salivating, grenadine-like finish. Drink now.
